ASTR1. About these terms
These terms apply to Astra at https://examscroll.xyz, its mobile experience and Windows desktop app. Astra is the service name; contact us at simpledailyplanner26@gmail.com, Chikkalasandra, Bengaluru. By using the service or purchasing access, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
Astra is intended for exam preparation, not children under 13. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian's permission and supervision; a parent or guardian must authorise any purchase. Do not submit a child's personal data without appropriate permission. Mandatory protections for children under applicable law continue to apply.
3. Accounts and security
Google sign-in is used to access account features. Provide accurate information, secure your device and Google account, and do not share or sell access. You are responsible for activity you authorise. Report suspected unauthorised activity to simpledailyplanner26@gmail.com; never send us passwords, payment PINs or one-time codes.
4. Study service
Astra provides exam-style mock tests, questions and explanations, answer review, saved-question revision and study progress tools. Availability can vary by device, connectivity and published content. An empty topic does not promise future content by a particular date. Scores are study feedback, not official exam results.
Questions, explanations, coverage and exam patterns may contain errors or become outdated. Check eligibility, dates, syllabi and official announcements with the relevant examination authority. No selection, rank, score or employment outcome is guaranteed.
5. Pricing and access
Tests marked Free can be taken without payment. Tests marked Paid require one-time lifetime access for ₹500, as displayed before checkout. It is not charged automatically and does not renew.
‘Lifetime access’ means access for the operational lifetime of the Astra service, subject to these terms; it does not mean the purchaser's lifespan or guaranteed perpetual hosting. Checkout shows the payable amount before confirmation. Future price changes do not create an automatic charge for existing users.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through Razorpay or another provider explicitly identified at checkout. Access is granted after successful payment verification; pending or failed payments do not establish entitlement. Do not pay again solely because access is delayed—contact us with your order reference.
Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable under our Refund Policy, except where a refund, reversal or other remedy is required by applicable law or binding payment-provider rules. The policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
7. Permitted use and intellectual property
Use Astra for your own lawful, personal study. Astra and its licensors retain rights in the service, original questions, explanations, branding and software; third-party material remains owned by its respective rights holders. Access does not transfer ownership.
Do not bulk scrape, redistribute, resell, publicly republish or exploit content; circumvent access controls; interfere with security; upload malware; impersonate others; or share unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material. Built-in sharing permits sharing produced by that feature for personal, non-commercial use, not redistribution of the question bank.
8. Your submissions
You retain rights in original notes, reports and feedback you submit. You grant Astra only the rights reasonably needed to store, process and display those submissions to operate the feature. Submit material only when you have the right to do so, and do not include sensitive personal information about others. We may restrict or remove unlawful or abusive submissions.
9. Availability and local copies
We may maintain, update, restrict or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and paid-user rights. Recent tests may be cached on your device. Offline availability is limited; answer lookup, payment verification and score saving may require a connection. Device-local data can be lost when storage is cleared or the app is removed.
10. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using Astra and request account deletion at any time. We may restrict accounts for fraud, abuse, security risks or material breaches, and comply with lawful orders. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction. Suspension does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free content. We are not responsible for indirect losses or exam outcomes caused by reliance on study content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.
12. Third-party services
Google, Razorpay, Microsoft Store and hosting providers have their own terms for their services. Installing through a store does not mean that the store endorses Astra or processes every Astra payment. External links are not endorsements; review the destination's policies.
13. Complaints, law and disputes
Email simpledailyplanner26@gmail.com with the subject ‘Grievance’ and enough information to investigate. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer forums and other jurisdictional rights, disputes are subject to courts in Bengaluru. We encourage contacting us first, without limiting your right to approach competent authorities.
14. Changes
The updated date identifies this version. Material changes affecting paid access or personal data will be communicated where required by law.
