1. Acceptance
By opening or using ExamScroll (the "App", "we", "us"), available on the web and on Android, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Who can use ExamScroll
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Your account
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Tell us immediately at Simpledailyplanner26@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. What we provide
ExamScroll offers short lessons, quizzes, mock tests, current affairs, notes, streaks, leaderboards and reminders. Features may change, be improved or be removed at any time.
Content is for exam preparation and general education only. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is complete, current or error-free, and we do not guarantee any exam result.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: post unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading or spam content; harass other learners; impersonate anyone; copy, download (outside the in-app offline feature), resell or redistribute lessons; scrape or reverse-engineer the App; attempt to break security or overload our systems; or use the App for anything illegal under Indian law.
6. Comments and user content
You keep ownership of comments, notes and feedback you create. By posting public content (such as comments) you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in the App. We may remove content or suspend commenting for anyone who breaks these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
7. Intellectual property
All lessons, videos, questions, explanations, designs, logos and software are owned by ExamScroll or its educators and licensors, and are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them for your own study.
9. Paid features
ExamScroll is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, prices, billing and refunds will be shown before purchase and governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Third-party services
The App uses services such as Google Sign-In, cloud hosting, and embedded YouTube videos. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time (see Account & Data Deletion). We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamScroll is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of data, or exam outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero for free use).
13. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims or losses arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Grievance officer
In line with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer at Simpledailyplanner26@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
