1. No-refund policy

Paid digital access is non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Please review the offer, duration and available study content before paying. Changing your mind, not using access, exam outcomes or purchasing the wrong plan does not ordinarily qualify for a refund. This policy is subject to the exceptions below.

2. One-time purchase

The ₹500 plan is a one-time access purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. ‘Lifetime’ refers to the operating lifetime of the Astra service as explained in the terms. Deleting your account or ceasing use does not ordinarily create a refund entitlement.

3. Mandatory exceptions and payment problems

Nothing here excludes refunds, reversals or remedies required by applicable law, a competent authority, or binding payment-provider rules. Duplicate deductions, unauthorised transactions, successful payment without the purchased access, or a materially unfulfilled paid service should be reported so they can be investigated. Where a refund is legally or contractually required, the no-refund rule does not apply.

Pending, failed or reversed transactions may be handled directly by your bank or payment provider; they are not necessarily completed purchases. Avoid making another payment until you check the first transaction's status. Provider processing times vary, and we do not promise a fixed reversal date.

4. How to request help

Email simpledailyplanner26@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject ‘Payment issue’, your order/payment reference, transaction date, amount and a description. If attaching a screenshot, mask unrelated financial or personal details. Never send a UPI PIN, OTP, password or full card number. We will review the issue and explain the outcome and any required next steps.

5. Store purchases and cancellations

If a purchase is actually billed by an app store, its applicable payment and refund rules also apply. Installing Astra through Microsoft Store does not, by itself, mean an in-app Razorpay purchase is store-billed. Current one-time offers have no renewal to cancel; any future recurring offer must disclose its cancellation rules before purchase.
