Payment support
Use the subject ‘Payment issue’ and include your registered email, order/payment reference, date and amount. Never share full card details, banking passwords, UPI PINs or OTPs.
Privacy, deletion and grievances
Use ‘Privacy request’, ‘Delete my Astra account’ or ‘Grievance’ in your subject. Copyright concerns should use ‘Copyright complaint’. The same email is available for all these requests, including when you cannot sign in. We may need appropriate information to verify account ownership or investigate.
