How to request deletion

Email Simpledailyplanner26@gmail.com from the Google email you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my ExamScroll account". We'll confirm within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, study preferences, progress, playback positions, quiz and mock answers, streaks, XP, saved lessons and folders, notes, follows, likes, comments, hidden items, feedback and push-reminder subscriptions.

What may be kept

Anonymised, aggregated statistics (e.g. total views of a lesson) that can't identify you, and records we must keep by law (e.g. for fraud prevention), for up to 180 days.

Delete only some data

You can delete notes, saved lessons, folders and comments yourself inside the App at any time, or email us to delete specific data without closing your account.

On your device

Clear site data in your browser or uninstall the app to remove downloaded lessons and device-local settings.
